🚫 No Refund Policy
At O’Frida, all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This includes:

Change of mind after order placement

Incorrect selections
-
Customised products
-
Items bought during sale, promotional offers, or with a discount code
🔄 Exchange Policy
Each O’Frida product is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. Please check the size chart before ordering. For queries, contact us at 📧 orders@ofrida.com or 📞 +91 72178 25420.
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product or incorrect size

The item has a genuine manufacturing defect

The product was damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
If your purchase meets the above criteria:

Email us at orders@ofrida.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Once approved, send the product back within 7 days of delivery.

Customer bears the return courier cost. We will ship the exchanged item once the issue is validated.
⚠️ No exchanges are allowed on:
Customised items
Jewellery or bags
Sale or promo code items
Products returned without approval
📌 Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

Email us photos and order details at orders@ofrida.com

Once reviewed, we’ll repair or replace the item, or provide store credit

All courier costs for sending the item back are to be borne by the customer
📦 Customisation & Sale Items

Customised products are not eligible for exchange or refund

OFR Custom is available for ₹1000 extra per garment (choose “custom” at checkout)

Customisation is allowed only twice per product
